Truth In Savings Disclosures Effective August 1, 2007

This disclosure describes the interest payable and fees charged on Deposit and Investment Accounts opened at Peter Newmann Investment Club.

Peter Newmann Savings

Limitations

A deposit of $150 is required to open this account.

Rate Information

You must maintain a minimum balance of $1.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed interest rate.
Our current interest rate for this account is included in the Interest Rate Schedule.
At our discretion and at any time, we may change the interest rate on your account.
Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day the deposit is applied to your account.
Interest will be compounded daily and will be credited to the account monthly.

Balance Information

We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account.
This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Account Fees

There are no minimum balance fees on this account.
There may be a fee for other services associated with this account.

Account Closing

If you wish to close your Deposit account with PN Investment Club you agree to notify us of this intention in writing.
After a Deposit Account is closed, we have no obligation to accept deposits or pay outstanding items, but may do so at our discretion.
You agree to hold us harmless for refusing to honor any check, paper draft, or other item on a closed account.
All related closing fees will be deducted from the final balance.

Peter Newmann Private Fund

Limitations

A deposit of $2,000.00 is required to open this account.

Balance Information

We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account.
This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Limitations on Transactions

You may not withdraw your principal deposit for 90 days.
However dividends could be withdrawn at anytime.
You may make additional deposits to PN Private Fund at anytime.

Account Fees

There are no minimum balance fees on this account.
There may be a fee for other services associated with this account.

Peter Newmann Forex

Limitations

A deposit of $500.00 is required to open this account.

Balance Information

We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account.
This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Limitations on Transactions

You may not withdraw your principal deposit for 90 days.
However dividends could be withdrawn at anytime.
You may make additional deposits to PN Forex Account at anytime.

There are no minimum balance fees on this account.
There may be a fee for other services associated with this account.
